Privacy notice

This notice explains how OnwardMatrix Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), with office at No. 88, Bo’ai Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City, 813, Taiwan, processes personal data when you use onwardmatrix.digital. It is framed with reference to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, “PDPA”).

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the fields you provide: name, email, optional phone number, and your message. We also store a consent preference in your browser (see our Cookie notice). We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to read, evaluate, and respond to your request for programming consulting services. Processing is based on your request to enter discussions (PDPA legitimate purpose of performing a contract or preparing one at your request) and, where applicable, your consent for optional fields.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Consent preferences remain until you clear site storage or we change the storage key.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry messages are handled on infrastructure operating under the onwardmatrix.digital domain; we do not embed third-party marketing tools in the form flow.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact us at info@onwardmatrix.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan if you believe your rights have been infringed.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our business is located.

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is published on this page.
