Consulting services

Engagements are project-based unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a statement of work or similar document signed or acknowledged by both parties before billable work begins. Technical reviews produce written findings; implementation support is time- or milestone-based as specified.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, or submit unlawful content through the inquiry form.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, you retain ownership of your materials. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and methods. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in the engagement letter.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Kaohsiung City shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
